About

Built in Abu Dhabi, for how the Gulf works

Talyntco comes from operators who spent years running external teams across the region and kept hitting the same wall: the work was serious, and the tooling was a spreadsheet.

The name

Talent and company, in one word.

Companies are not built from strategies. They are built from people: the right ones, in the right place, at the moment the work actually needs doing. Ask anyone who has built something what made the difference and they will name a person, not a plan.

Most of those people are no longer on the payroll. They are the specialist brought in for one quarter, the vendor who knows the system nobody else does, the team three time zones away. That half of the company is where the work happens and where the record disappears.

Talyntco is the platform for that half. Find the right people, bring them in properly, keep the evidence of what they did. The co is deliberate: it means company, and it means together.

What we are building

One platform, two ways to use it. Run your own external workforce on our software, or take licensed freelancers we contract and deliver to you. The same AI layer prepares the decisions in both, and we hold no balances for anyone.

We are starting in the UAE with a small group of design partners, and we will expand into Saudi Arabia from Abu Dhabi.

The team

The founders

Between them: two decades of strategy and transformation work in the Gulf, AI delivery for investment and government clients, and the operational scars that produced this product.

Where we are

Abu Dhabi Global Market, based at Hub71 on Al Maryah Island. Company registration is in progress. Client data is hosted in the UAE.

Who we work with

Only freelancers who hold their own licence or permit. We do not sponsor visas or work permits, and we do not supply manpower. Everyone we contract can already invoice for their own work.

Work with us early

Design partner conversations are open now, and so are the first engineering and product roles.
